Students nominated as CAPES scholarship holders must submit the following documentation for registration.
CNPq scholarship holders are exempt from this procedure, as the scholarship process is electronic.
Please note: any changes to your bank account, at any time, must be informed in writing, at the risk of not receiving payment. In this case, the bank receipt must be sent by e-mail to the program secretariat.
DOCUMENTS
1) SCHOLARSHIP HOLDER REGISTRATION
Guidelines:
- The document must be typed in with the appropriate data.
- Quota: of the course
- the course code (DAC) is 0042 - MASTER'S or 0097 - DOCTORATE;
- there is no area of concentration in the course, so leave the space blank;
- highest degree level is GRADUATE or MASTER'S (in the case of a doctoral student)
- HEI is the Higher Education Institution where you obtained your highest degree;
- to find out the area code of the degree, consult the CAPES area table.
- the date of entry onto the official course is shown on the academic transcript available on the DAC website;
- start of scholarship and time granted by the HEI: leave blank;
- previous scholarships: fill in only when you have received them from other agencies at your current level;
- maximum duration allowed by CAPES: master's degree - 24 months and doctorate - 48 months;
- time granted by the HEI: leave blank.
Guidelines:
- Read Ordinance 76 of April 14, 2010 carefully;
- the document must be typed in with your personal details;
- course: Pharmacology, no area of concentration;
- number: your RA
Please note: it is no longer necessary to notarize your signature on the commitment form, in accordance with Law no. 13726 of October 8, 2018.
3) PROOF OF BANK ACCOUNT - BANCO DO BRASIL
The bank account must be with Banco do Brasil and the student must be the account holder. The following are acceptable: a simple copy of the card (only the front and it must be valid) or a simple copy of the header of the bank statement or balance. Please omit bank details, which are personal and confidential.
