Regularly enrolled postgraduate students can request the use of studies to validate credits for completion in the following cases:
a. Unicamp subjects taken as a special student (no credit limit);
b. subjects from the program you took as a master's student (in the case of a doctoral student), in accordance with §4 of art. 31 of the General Regulations for Postgraduate Courses at Unicamp (with no credit limit);
c. external courses at the stricto sensu postgraduate level. In this case, the request must be approved by the course coordinator and the FCM postgraduate coordinator, in accordance with art. 25 combined with art. 45 and 46 of Unicamp's General Regulations for Postgraduate Courses (limited to eight credits, or 1/3 of the total credits required to complete the course).
General comments:
a. The request must be made in the first year of the course (art. 44 of Unicamp's General Regulations for Postgraduate Courses).
b. At least two thirds of the course credits must correspond to subjects taught at Unicamp or by its professors, i.e. the request for external subjects (item c) must not exceed 8 credits.
Procedure
1) Fill in this form on the DAC page with your personal details and subject(s) of interest. Generate the PDF (Important: include the name of the advisor; the course coordinator, Prof. Dr. Fabiola Taufic Mónica Iglesias, and the CPG coordinator, Prof. Dr. José Guilherme Cecatti, registration is not required).
2) Send the form and transcript by e-mail. In the case of courses taken outside of Unicamp, also attach the syllabus and program (provided by the HEI), and a printout of the course's recognition by the MEC and CAPES (consult the Sucupira Platform).
