Students

To request financial aid from the Program, students must send the following documents to the Graduate Studies Secretariat of the Public Health Program via email (pgscfcm@unicamp.br) at least 30 (thirty) days before the event:

Financial Aid for Participation in Events within Brazil:

Financial Aid Request Form 

- Student Registration Form (Complete address must be provided without abbreviations)

 In addition to the forms, the following documents must be attached to the request:

  • Program or Brochure
  • Proof of work acceptance
  • Abstract of the work to be presented at the conference
  • Copy of CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry) and ID
  • Copy of proof of address
  • Copy of bank account statement
  1. Payment of per diem will only be made after the event, upon submission of the Certificate of Participation upon return;
  2. The number of per diem payments granted will correspond to the number of days of the event, national or international, in which the student participates, however, there will be a maximum limit of 5 per diem payments;
  3. Support will be granted after evaluation by the PPG-SC Committee and will depend on the PROAP resource amounts available during the request period

Travel Grant for Participation in Events Abroad:

In addition to the forms, the following documents must be attached to the request:

  • Event Program or Brochure
  • Proof of Acceptance of the Paper
  • Abstract of the paper to be presented at the conference 
  • Copy of CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry) and RG (Brazilian Identity Card)
  • Copy of Proof of Address
  • Copy of Proof of Bank Account Information
  1. The submission procedure is the same as for national events;
  2. Daily allowance amounts will vary according to the country where the event takes place, following the CAPES (Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel) daily allowance table.
  3. The number of daily allowances granted may correspond to the number of days of the event, national or international, in which the student will participate; however, there will be a maximum limit of 5 daily allowances, to be paid after the event has taken place. 
  4. Support will be granted after evaluation by the PPG-SC Committee and will be dependent on the PROAP (Support Program for Graduate Studies) resource availability during the request period.

In addition to the documents above, the student must also arrange International Travel Insurance.

Grant for Publications and Translations:

For funding publications/translations of books and articles, the student must formalize the grant request by email (pgscfcm@unicamp.br), with the approval of the advisor, forwarding the following documentation:


I. Three price quotes, with the same description of services and values (the quotes must have the AUXPE aid data as the Requester - for this, the professor must contact us by email so that we can provide the complete information);

II. Dummy of the book or article to be published;


Note: Support will be granted after evaluation by the PPG-SC Committee and will be dependent on the PROAP (Support Program for Graduate Studies) resource availability during the request period.

IMPORTANT:
Approval of aid will depend on available resources at the time of request.

Students with FAPESP scholarships must use their technical reserve.
One event may be authorized per student every 12 (twelve) months, depending on the
Program's resource availability.
