Note to scholarship holders
In addition to not being able to study subjects, take a qualifying exam or defend a dissertation or thesis, students will not be able to receive a scholarship during the period of suspension. Therefore, the scholarship student must stop enrolling at the beginning of the semester and arrange for the scholarship to be canceled, at the risk of having to return the installments paid unduly. During the period of suspension, you will be considered a student on leave.
The request to suspend enrollment is made by e-DAC, in the period provided for in Calendário Acadêmico.
After logging in with your RA and password, go to the “Requests” tab, click on “New Request” and select the “Course Registration Cancellation” option. Select the corresponding options relating to the academic term, year, number of terms to be suspended and reason.
The request must be approved by the advisor and the CPG/FCM coordinator.
