Prof Dr. Helder Tedeschi, graduado em medicina pela FCM da Santa Casa de São Paulo(1983) com doutorado em Neurologia pela Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo(2000). Suas principais áreas de interesse são a microcirurgia dos tumores cerebrais e da medula espinal de adultos e crianças, patologia intramedular e do tronco cerebral, tumores da base do crânio(neurinomas e meningomas), patologia cerebrovascular e cirurgia da epilepsia. Conferencista em congressos nacionais e internacionais com mais de 120 publicações em revistas especializadas e diversos capítulos de livros.

Atualmente é Professor Docente Doutor da Disciplina de Neurocirurgia e orientador de pós-graduação da Universidade Estadual de Campinas, UNICAMP. É também responsável pela Equipe de Neurocirurgia Pediátrica e Vice-Presidente do Centro Infantil de Investigações Hematológicas Dr. Domingos A. Boldrini, Campinas, desde 2011.

No exterior é Professor Assistente da Universidade da Flórida, EUA.
